Park in Redford Avenue or a little further on in Merryfield drive. There are two points of access for the circular walk which I have marked as parking. This is just a short stroll but there is a fairly good path on one side if you would like to take elderly or disabled people. Do be careful of the golfers as part of this walk passes around one of the greens. Also there are some very steep drops into the river. The path which runs alongside Hills Farm Lane is very pleasant, and your dog can swim a little. There is no fence alongside the road so do be careful.
